Albertsons Companies, Inc. appointed Brian Rice to its Board of Directors, effective February 25, 2026. The Board will expand from 10 to 11 directors with Mr. Rice's appointment. Mr. Rice is a seasoned global technology executive with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at McDonald's Corporation. His expertise includes large-scale digital transformation, technology modernization, operational excellence, data, AI, cybersecurity, and digital-first retail strategies. Mr. Rice is independent under NYSE corporate governance rules and will receive the same compensation as other non-management directors.
