Keiji Okuno resigned from Aircastle Limited's Board of Directors, Audit, and Investment Committees, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Okuno had served as a Director since September 2022. Yasuhiko Hashimoto was appointed to the Board, Audit, and Compensation Committees, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Hashimoto was nominated by Mizuho Leasing Company Limited and is a Managing Executive Officer at Mizuho Leasing. He brings over 30 years of experience from Mizuho Bank, specializing in structured finance, project finance, and global corporate banking. Mr. Hashimoto will not receive compensation from Aircastle for his director service.
