Dean General will no longer serve as an executive officer or an officer of Advantage Solutions Inc., as defined in Rule 3b-7 and Rule 16a-1(f) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This change is effective March 26, 2026. The transition was previously disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 8, 2025, where Mr. General moved into a newly established role as Chief Industry Development Officer.
