Advanced Biomed Inc. (the Company) has agreed to sell 100% of its Taiwan subsidiary for an aggregate purchase price of $490,000. The Taiwan subsidiary is responsible for the Company's biomedical research and development operations, including its A+PerfusC integrated perfusion 3D cell culture platform. The transaction is expected to close within three months from the agreement date of June 30, 2026. Following the sale, the Company will continue to operate its remaining businesses, including its AI-focused operations through Acellent Technologies (Hong Kong) Co. Limited.
