Oatly Group Ab Schedule 13G passive stakes

Platin S.a r.l. and Olivier Goudet have disclosed a combined beneficial ownership of 10.3% of Oatly Group AB's Ordinary Shares, including convertible notes.

Platin S.a r.l. and Olivier Goudet have jointly reported a 9.1% beneficial ownership stake in Oatly Group AB, totaling 55.4 million ordinary shares.

Hillhouse Investment Management, Ltd. has filed a Schedule 13G, reporting a 6.4% beneficial ownership stake in Oatly Group AB, primarily through convertible notes held by its indirectly owned entity, Mars II Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Blackstone-affiliated entities, including BXG Redhawk S.a r.l. and BXG SPV ESC (CYM) L.P., have filed an amended Schedule 13G disclosing a combined beneficial ownership of 9.4% of Oatly Group AB's ordinary shares as of March 31, 2025.
