New Horizon Aircraft LTD 8-K filings

Horizon Aircraft has signed a Letter of Intent with JetSetGo for the purchase of 50 Cavorite X7 eVTOL aircraft, with an option for 50 more, potentially totaling $750 million.

Horizon Aircraft, a hybrid electric eVTOL developer, has completed its business combination with Pono Capital Three, Inc., and will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker HOVR on January 16, 2024.

Pono Capital Three, Inc. has completed its redomiciliation from the Cayman Islands to British Columbia, a key step in its planned merger with Horizon Aircraft.
