Yi-Kuei Chen, an officer and director of Apollomics Inc., has reported beneficial ownership of over 5% of the company's Class A ordinary shares following the vesting of restricted stock units.

Apollomics Inc. Chairman and CEO Hung-Wen Chen has provided a $2 million unsecured bridge loan to the company, convertible into equity under specific future financing conditions.

Apollomics Inc.'s Chairman and CEO, Hung-Wen Chen, along with his wholly-owned entity King Regent Management Limited, increased their beneficial ownership to 41.8% of the company's Class A ordinary shares through a Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) transaction.
